One cold morning, she stood by the sink in the restroom, washing the small clothes that belonged to Maama and Zeenat. The window brought in a glimmer of light, indicating it was half-past six. She hurriedly prepared breakfast for the family before they woke up.

Even before dawn, she began her daily housework, toiling until late morning. The hardships she faced were hidden from everyone, and she bore them alone. Her struggles were misunderstood, and she felt excluded from the family.

Others seemed blessed with a caring mother, while she was often overlooked and disregarded. She put on a brave face in front of others but carried a burden that was indescribable.

Having completed her tasks, she entered the room to wake Zeenat. The young girl looked back with a weary gaze before covering herself with the duvet. Undeterred, she continued her work, making the room orderly.

Dressed in her long ash-colored hijab, she carried her Quran and other religious books in a small bag and left for Islamiyya, a place she visited regularly.

Their home was a large family house, consisting of six houses, each housing family members with their unique way of life. Despite their individuality, they respected each other's choices and always sought approval from their mother, Hajiya Fatima.

They were closely knit, and the girls of the family often gathered around Hajiya Fatima. They might not have great wealth, but they shared the same level of privacy and valued Islamic education, business, and politics.

The Gajin brothers were fortunate to have loving partners who lived together harmoniously, respecting each other and their mother's wishes. Hajiya Fatima was known for her kindness, but she could be difficult to understand at times, using her creativity to handle situations.

Alhaji Muktar was the eldest son, followed by Dr. Ibrahim, Abba Usman, Abba Musa, and the youngest, Abba Kabir. Dr. Ibrahim was well-educated and held an associate professor position. His wife, Maama, was loved by everyone in the family for her kindness and caring nature.

In this family's dynamic, she continued to navigate life's challenges, holding on to her faith and strength amidst the trials and tribulations that came her way.
