Kashton Vogler Obituary, Death – Kashton M. Vogler of Custer Park, IL Cause of Death

Kashton M. Vogler Age 3 of Custer Park, IL, passed away Thursday, May 15, 2025 at Ascension St. Joseph Medical Center in Joliet, IL, but not before leaving a huge, joyful mark on everyone lucky enough to know him.
Born May 24, 2021, in New Lenox, IL to Stephan and Casandra (nee Notter) Vogler.

Kashton was a Pre-K student at Reed-Custer Elementary School in Braidwood, IL, where he brought joy, silliness, and a spark of fun to his classmates and teachers alike. He had a passionate love for all things fun—Sonic the Hedgehog, Mario Odyssey, Hulk Smash, Deadpool shows were just a few of his favorites. He loved watching YouTube kids shows and had the best dance moves to NSYNC’s “Bye Bye Bye”.

Whether he was watching and attempting to play the sports his older brothers played, flying around events on his scooter, or simply snacking (on everything), Kashton approached life with a fearless, joyful spirit. He lived every day with an open heart and boundless curiosity, reminding all of us how precious and beautiful even the smallest moments can be.

He is survived by his parents, Stephan and Cassie Vogler of Custer Park and three brothers, Nathan, Gavin, and his twin, Ryden; grandparents, Jerry and Sue Muller, Jeff and Debbie Notter, and Stephen Vogler; aunts and uncles, Billy (Katie) Frickenstein, Tim (Katie) Frickenstein, Derek (Katie) Vogler, Jay (Taylor) Muller, Joe (Jess) Muller, Charisse Vogler, Allisha Vogler, AJ Vogler, and Auntie “Rachel Crae Crae”; special cousins Ryan and Payson; and many cousins.

Visitation will be at the R.W. Patterson Funeral Homes & Crematory on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 from 2-8 p.m. Cremation rites will be accorded following services.
